ALL candidates and committees need to file a Campaign Financial Certification Report, regardless of contributions or distributions, and regardless if they were elected or not. The purpose of this report is to certify that all reports required have been submitted, OR that the candidate or committee has not received contributions or made disbursements exceeding $750 in the calendar year. The certification should be submitted no later than 7 days after the election.
