Sewer problems?

If you notice sewage backing up in your home, it could be a problem either in your private service line or the City's main sewer line. If this happens between the hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, please call 763-689-1800 to report it.

If you notice the blockage between 4:00 pm to 7:30 am, please call the Sheriff's Department non-emergency line at 763-689-2141. The Sheriff's Department will get in touch with the on-call City employee and they will investigate if there is a problem with the main sewer line or if the blockage is in your service line.
