More than 8 miles of paved and unpaved trails wind through Cambridge Parks's regional parks and park reserves, providing spectacular views of wetlands, woodlands, open prairie and old farm fields that are gradually receeding back to nature. In addition to these fine interior park trails, a vast network of regional trails connects many of the parks to each other and to neighborhood trails.
The City accepts donations towards the Cambridge-Isanti Bike/Walk Trail. For information, please contact the Public Works Department at 763-689-1800.
Walking is one of the most popular physical activities in the United States. Whatever your age, it's a safe, inexpensive, enjoyable way to stay physically active and improve your overall health and quality of life. Walk for health, weight loss, companionship, time alone, or to get to places you need to go - work, shopping or friend's homes.
Try walking one of Cambridge's 9 different "Loops".
